Colleagues from the Greek Association of Pulmonary Hypertension Patients have extended an invitation for us to participate in a flash mob on their Facebook page. The #selfoeforPH flash mob, centered around taking selfies, is gaining momentum, with Ukrainian patients showcasing photos featuring their noses closed with fingers or clothespins.

The purpose of this initiative is to raise awareness among the public and social media users about the challenges faced by those dealing with pulmonary hypertension in Ukraine and globally. We encourage everyone to join our cause!

Participation in the campaign is not limited to pulmonary hypertension patients; anyone who wishes to contribute positively and support patients dealing with pulmonary hypertension in Ukraine can participate.

We are excited to announce an additional event on our website and YouTube channel: the Ukrainian Association of Patients with Pulmonary Hypertension has created a presentation video featuring music by Blue and the song "Breath Easy." This video provides essential information about our association and sheds light on the nature of pulmonary hypertension. Feel free to watch our video, share your feedback, and actively repost our presentation.

For those who share concern for individuals grappling with the challenges of pulmonary arterial hypertension, we extend an invitation to collaborate with us and become members of our Association.

If you have ideas for advancing the Association's initiatives and promoting awareness of pulmonary arterial hypertension in Ukraine, we welcome your input. Together, we strive to enhance the lives of our patients and advocate for the freedom to breathe. Remember, together, we are stronger!
